“I picked up an open-box MacBook Pro from the Greenwood Best Buy and the charging port was already broken when I got home. I went back there for help, but they weren’t able to do much. I then tried the Lafayette location and had a much better experience. They looked at the laptop right away, confirmed the issue was there from the start, and offered to replace it with a new one. Melissa, the store manager, was professional and genuinely helpful throughout. Everything was handled quickly and without any hassle. Really good experience at the Lafayette store. In two days 2 different Bestbuy store each one handled the issue differently!”
