“Excellent experience at Grand in Lafayette. I have worked with Miranda in the past and continue to be impressed with her knowledge and commitment. We were not intending to make a purchase that day but rather wanted to gather information. Because all of our questions were immediately answered, there was no reason to wait. The delivery time was just 2 days and the app used allowed us to follow the delivery professionals' location and timing. They too were very kind, knowledgeable, and rapid in their set up. We will always depend on Grand for our appliance purchases.”

“My father and I are movie collectors. I have severally disabilitys the staff is always helpful and go up and beyond to help us they have taken care of any issues I have ever had and have allways treated me with respect it's a very bizzy place at times so it's nice to be able to go to the counter and say can you hold this I need to go do something never an issue being disabled for severally reasons it's nice to know I don't have to be stuck in a crowded area at times I learning to go in on the slower times they are always fair to my father and me this is very important wonderful place and wonderful associates & Mangers”

“I recently visited the Metro by T Mobile store on Union Street today on August 3rd 2023 and I spoke with a sweet kind hearted young lady named Cassandra the manager there and she is the nicest person you could ever possibly ask for. She was very kind, and compassionate and handled my concerns immediately. As well as she has very excellent customer service skills. I would recommend anyone to come to this store and talk with her on getting new phone service. Keep up the good work Cassandra. We need more people like you who care about there customers. They struggled to answer even basic questions, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied.Moreover, I noticed that the staff seemed more focused on chatting among themselves or playing with their smartphones rather than proactively assisting customers. It was disheartening to witness their lack of attentiveness, especially when it was clear that some customers were in need of assistance.While I understand that not every employee can be an expert in every product, I expected Best Buy to have a team that possessed a minimum level of knowledge across their range of products.
