“Russ came to fix my samsung washer. My washer would not turn on most of the time and then it wouldnt change settings and my washer isnt even 4 years old. He came back on four different occasions due to everything not being fix that was wrong. Now my washer works great like it was brand new again. My extended warranty paid for all if the parts and labor so i had no out of pocket costs.”

“Just going by my experience there last night, I can say the 3 employees that I asked for help to find things, were very helpful. They even knew the exact location for the obscure things I was looking for. But I'll admit, that's kinda rare. On many visits you just can't find help. Here's hoping they are getting better at it. Judging by my last visit, they're headed in the right direction.”

“I never used to be a kohls shopper but started buying things there with the coupons they give for amazon returns. I have found so many great all cotton items there. (So hard to find) and they also have a great big and tall men’s section. They have great sales and promotions as well. I love that there’s a store I can go to in town and try things on. Thank you!”
