So for one of my birthday presents, I wanted a pair of Airmax 270s and so I went To Dick‘s and they were all sold out of almost every size Except size 11, and I’m a size 13 so I decided I would just order them online when I got home so I did that and it said it would arrive in like a week or two But they delivered in less than two days, which I was very happy about. So when I get home, I open up the package which was in a Perfectly untouched shipping bag. Then I go to pull the box of shoes out, and there is a huge rip in the box down the whole middle to the point where the box almost split in half. And then on one of the sides, there is a Christmas sticker that shows who it’s to, and who it’s from. Luckily, the shoes are perfectly fine, but I like to keep my boxes because I like to stay organized and that just made me very unhappy, especially since Dick’s is a very popular store. So I’m going to go into my Local decks and hopefully return them and get new ones.

The hiking boot selection here is embarrassing. The area with them is very small. They don’t appear to be organized almost at all by men/women, brand, style, or size. About 80% of what’s available is men’s, and what few women’s shoes are interspersed are very limited in size. I couldn’t find a single women’s 8.5 hiking boot in the entire store, which is just ridiculous.

The dirtiest bathroom I’ve ever stepped in. And that includes outhouses. No running water, the toilets are brown and yellow, and it smells terrible. Soap is not even an option as it’s ripped off the wall hanging there empty.🤢

The women’s section is so small, like 4 racks of clothes. What happened to having equal access to clothes for both men and women. I don’t want to shop “online” we wanted to try on some clothes. And work clothes for women here, haha, nothing. And “no thank you” my wife doesn’t want to wear men’s clothes. If corporate America actually stocked these stores equally, sales would be up. Ridiculous.

This store has turned Ilinto such a joke. I’ve placed ten online orders for pick up and of those ten, EIGHT have been cancelled due to “not having the item” but yet when I go in and check, the item is actually in stock. The “managers” could care less. Heaven for bid an employee actually LOOK for an item. If it’s not jumping out in front of them, they just say they don’t have it. Pretty sad. Seems as though no one takes pride in any type of work anymore

I was in the store today and I lost track of how many items had no price labeled. Additionally, one item I purchased ending up being $20 more than I was anticipating because it was placed by an incorrect label. I unfortunately didn’t notice until later as I was buying a lot of items. Quite frankly, if I weren’t given the gift cards I was spending today, I would not have set foot in the store and I dread having to go back to make the return. Very disappointing.

Came to buy weight plates, unfortunately it'd be less expensive for me to fill two 5-gallon buckets with something cheaper than cast iron (like gasoline, apparently) and lift those instead. Checked out some fishing lures to confirm: the prices here are nonsense, everything is marked up way past what anyone with any sense would pay.
Staff was helpful, no complaints about them, and the place looked very presentable.

OMG! me and my kids love going to dicks sporting goods. They are mostly always stocked, and we love going there before school starts. The workers are so helpful for finding stuff. The prices are kinda high, but aren't all dicks sporting goods kinda expensive. I definitely recommend coming here! Sincerely, Jamie

Love shopping at Dick’s… I normally get a military discount but did not get it today…. The corporation offers it but was explained to me that its the manager’s discretion, however it looked like the manager hasn’t left the couch in his mothers basement, thanks David!
