You mentioned the latest you can send someone for a site survey is after a week and asked me to email all the details with our logo and the address. I even called on 12/11 during lunch time and spoke with another employee and asked for Nathan and explained our situation and he said you would call back. Then on 12/12 when I called back yet again, a lady picked up the call and gave it to you when you mentioned you can't do the job anymore.I understand how critical are the reviews for a business since I am a small business owner myself. I am going to amend my review to 5 * but please be professional and honest and let customer know the fact if you are busy so they can move on with another vendor.”
