“I was needing some posters printed for a project at work and I initially tried working with FedEx. One of the posters they printed for my was extremely blurry and when I asked if they could fix it for me they told me no. I was pretty frustrated by this considering the price I paid for the posters was pretty high. I decided to get the posters reprinted with Blue Print Specialties and they were great to work with. I called to order the posters and they were done within a few hours and at a much more reasonable price. Their customer service was great, I will definitely be working with them again and would highly recommend them.”

Sign Art's team communicated with me throughout the checkout process, designed a beautiful 8x8' banner and even fixed the order when they realized I initially ordered the wrong thing. The banner was shipped the same day and delivered the next day. Due to their prompt response times, care for quality and professionalism, I had a beautiful banner for a celebrity meet and greet in Philadelphia.”

“When I'm traveling I've stopped here a couple times to drop off prepaid packages, sometimes I don't have a way to make a label but they have one of those qr code/label makers to print one off when you walk in, which some FedEx offices don't have. I haven't had any issues here, the workers don't hassle me at all. I will continue to come here if this is on the way to where I'm heading.”

“Very unprofessional. Puts you on schedule and after a week says they are busy and don't have time. Just wasted our precious time.Edit (12/13) : Responding to reviewThe reason we called you was because you have worked on the design and installation of Mr. Manpreet store signs before and we spoke in length for about 10 mins on Dec 6th and we expressed our situation of urgency since we need a store sign for Google listing. You mentioned the latest you can send someone for a site survey is after a week and asked me to email all the details with our logo and the address. I even called on 12/11 during lunch time and spoke with another employee and asked for Nathan and explained our situation and he said you would call back. Then on 12/12 when I called back yet again, a lady picked up the call and gave it to you when you mentioned you can't do the job anymore.I understand how critical are the reviews for a business since I am a small business owner myself. I am going to amend my review to 5 * but please be professional and honest and let customer know the fact if you are busy so they can move on with another vendor.”
