“I have had service here for close to a year now and have 30 plus devices connected. I haven’t had any issues with the service or speeds at all. Today I had to call customer service twice and have two different service calls as I am having the whole house re-sided. The customer service agents were great and so was the techs that came out. They coordinated with my contractor to ensure seamless reinstallation. The tech even took the time to tidy up the box and wires to make sure it was esthetically appealing! I couldn’t be any more pleased! Big thanks to all four that helped me today!”

“Mixed review— we were stopped in Sam’s Club and they had what we thought was a great promotion and we decided to switch. Long story short, they didn’t understand the promotions at that location within Sam’s Club and our bill was going to
Be affected so we decided we didn’t want to switch. Those at Sam’s Club were less than helpful, trying to tell us we would be responsible for the first bill even though we never activated service.
BUT we came over to the creasy store to return the phones and Tyler S, helped us. He was very knowledgeable and helped make it right. We may actually look to switch in the future but def will be going to this location and working with Tyler.”
