I called customer service and I started receiving group messages but could not respond. I had to call customer service several more times and still nothing. I came into the store and Leonel was so fantastic. He didn't want me to leave until it was working again. He is a fantastic employee and did what customer service could not help me do”

“Love this place. They've saved me a few times with my phones. Reasonable prices and very accommodating to their customers. If I had any gripe at all about them it's how long it can take to replace certain parts. However, that's more of a byproduct of requiring less common parts being shipped in rather than any action on the buisness' part.”
“I want to share with you the experience that I had yesterday at the Boost store on in Lafayette Indiana! Rita is a customer service representative that I met yesterday because I needed help with my cell phone, I was a WRECK but she talked to me to let me know that my phone was going to be corrected and I was going to be ok ! She took my phone and went to work, she was SO calm and patient with me and I was ALL over the place!! After a few minutes she was able to correct my phone and get my service restored! I’m SO GRATEFUL TO HAVE MET HER AND HER PATIENCE AND CALM TONE OF VOICE HELPED ME SO MUCH! Customer service is NOT LACKING THERE WITH HER ! And there is another young man that works there that is very respectful and gracious he is so nice and polite! I forgot his name! But those two Boost associates are so very nice and kind and knowledgeable, I really appreciate the both of them and I really want the Boost corporation to know that these two employees are above and beyond!! “Mixed review— we were stopped in Sam’s Club and they had what we thought was a great promotion and we decided to switch. Long story short, they didn’t understand the promotions at that location within Sam’s Club and our bill was going to
Be affected so we decided we didn’t want to switch. Those at Sam’s Club were less than helpful, trying to tell us we would be responsible for the first bill even though we never activated service.
BUT we came over to the creasy store to return the phones and Tyler S, helped us. He was very knowledgeable and helped make it right. We may actually look to switch in the future but def will be going to this location and working with Tyler.”

“I've been coming to this store for years. Just upgraded my phone from an S21 to an S26. Really appreciate the assistance given even as they work through staffing issues.
I also wanted to add that anyone looking for T-Life Tuesday Goodies or to Return equipment such as the Home Internet Device...this store is unable to do so. Save yourself a trip and head to the 170 Creasy store.
