“We were looking for outdoor furniture. George at the Kittle’s Lafayette, IN branch greeted us. He was very friendly and helpful. We were at the store for hours and George was so helpful and patient with us and we really appreciated that. You could tell he was actually there to help and answer questions not simply close the sale. This was a major investment for us. We wanted deck furniture that was going to last for a very long time. We couldn’t decide on which furniture shade would look the best on our deck. George was extremely helpful had some samples sent to us. He kept in touch with us and we returned and made our purchase. George has very good communication. Also, his manager at the store Tim is just as nice and helpful. We would give this A++++++++++”

“This is a full line mattress store. The salespeople are very knowledgeable about sleep systems and products. They have more lines and models than you can find anywhere else that I have been. Take your time and listen. I found that even their entry level products were competitive. There's a lot to learn even if you don't buy a bed here. You are going to be spending one third of your life sleeping on your purchase. Make an informed and educated decision.”

“I went about 6 months ago to figure out how much I needed to save up for a new mattress. This place had the best prices and the most helpful customer service. However, don't shop here in June or early July because during that timeframe it becomes Mark's Fireworks Outlet. The place is now jam-packed with explosives! I liked them well enough that I'm going to wait until they switch back to buy my mattress (but I was disappointed not to be able to buy it now).”
