“We were looking for outdoor furniture. George at the Kittle’s Lafayette, IN branch greeted us. He was very friendly and helpful. We were at the store for hours and George was so helpful and patient with us and we really appreciated that. You could tell he was actually there to help and answer questions not simply close the sale. This was a major investment for us. We wanted deck furniture that was going to last for a very long time. We couldn’t decide on which furniture shade would look the best on our deck. George was extremely helpful had some samples sent to us. He kept in touch with us and we returned and made our purchase. George has very good communication. Also, his manager at the store Tim is just as nice and helpful. We would give this A++++++++++”

“I had a great experience at Star Furniture! Needed a new couch and have been looking for a while. This is my first “adult” couch purchase and the online prices had me deliberating.
Stopped in here on a whim and browsed- they had a nice sofa sleeper in a colour I liked for a reasonable price. The sales staff were very friendly but also let me browse without hovering, which I appreciated! Went home with the measurements and was back the next day to purchase. Everyone was friendly and delivery was scheduled for the next day! FYI that all sales are final (that was fine with me!).
Delivery was smooth and their movers were efficient (15 mins from arrival to departure). The couch came fully assembled and I am very happy with the quality. It was three days from walking into this store for the first time browsing to sitting on the couch in my apartment.

“1) They were very nice even when I said I just came here to look around and spent an hour trying all the sofas.
2) Products were reasonably priced and many discounted products were available too.
3) After delivery, my sofa had a small issue on the armrest and they sent the repairman real quick. It turns out the sofa was okay - they assembled a bit loose. Anyhow I liked their responses and customer services.”
“Lots of household products for improving your home! Some of the prices are VERY cheap! Some of the furniture though is overpriced. But, overall, a GREAT selection on an array of different household items including mirrors, fans, lawn equipment, tables, chairs, cabinets, lighting, trim, paint, wall putty, closet hangers, frames and artwork, hooks...the list goes on and on! Definitely recommend this place if you need something from Mernards and want to find it cheaper!”

“This is a full line mattress store. The salespeople are very knowledgeable about sleep systems and products. They have more lines and models than you can find anywhere else that I have been. Take your time and listen. I found that even their entry level products were competitive. There's a lot to learn even if you don't buy a bed here. You are going to be spending one third of your life sleeping on your purchase. Make an informed and educated decision.”
“I rented a a Husqvarna riding mower it is a good one I hate the guard for the belt placement this makes it very difficult to reroute the belt, I'm trying to put it back on but literally no luck.
And I don't think this is something I can get help with through Aarons , because the belts the tires and the battery are the responsibility of the customer..

Jen was very nice & helpful hopefully she got credited for my lease rental , I prefer working with her she's respectful and personable also professional, and she will return calls ,Jen works hard the best part of Aarons . I would also like to add the receptionist very nice and helpful .
