Mitch came early within the time window we were given by Metronet, and got the issue resolved quickly. Our internet wasn’t properly set up by our leasing office and he got it all sorted, both with our account and the unit!

Very professional both on the customer service and also at the local store Cable Internet was down. It was a Saturday. Both employees were wonderful and it was such a quick easy fix.
