“Easy to make the reservation. I did not get the size I requested even though it was listed as available I talked to corporate support who walked me through the lease process. I was a return customer but login didn’t work. We fixed it. I also got a call from the specific location to give more details and answer any questions about what to do when I show up.
Edit: the cube we got was the same one we had last year. Worked out perfect space wise. They had a more streamlined method this year. They left the lock in the cube, so we never had to go to the office to set anything up when we first arrived.”

“Highly recommend for students leaving for break who need somewhere cheap and safe to leave their stuff for a couple of months. I left everything in my car in one of the outside parking spots for four months to no inconvenience. Also give the front gate lady a raise lol shes really nice.”

“i wish i got her name that processed my exit. she was super courteous and allowed me to vacate the same week of my anniversary as ive been having issues with my hand/wrist due to an injury so i couldnt move sooner. she was super sweet and walked me through everything so i wouldnt be charged for then following month. when i need another unit, i will deffinitely keep them in mind.oh yea, then property is always clean and well-cared for. i really love the fact that i dont have to code-out to leave. saves a lotta wet car-insides in inclimate weather, lol!!!”
