I suppose I shouldn't name the other " department " stores but one starts with a k one with a t and I suppose one starts with J.The quality ,which by the way cannot be determined online, at Macy's is excellent. The selection is amazing. I recently bought an expensive ring there for 30 percent of the original price . They run a sale it's a sale not hike it up then take a little off . This weekend I purchased gifts for a 70 yr old woman down to an 11 year old girl with a mixture of every age and gender in between .home goods clothing earrings a jacket all at great prices and of great quality. If we let all the brick and mortar stores go we will be missing a lot ...and paying more By the way yes I shop online yes I'm prime which is great If you don't need to feel the quality”

“I was in the store on 07/09/2016 and had the best customer service I've experienced in a very long time. This young man (I wish I got his name, he had a dreadlock mowhawk) was there all by himself and managed to take care of everyone in the store with a great attitude. Anyone else would have lost their damn mind. Whoever you are handsome mowhawk guy, you get 5 stars from me.”

“01/18/24- I went in to shop around and use my Anniversary coupon. I was greeted by Kuentin while I was looking at shoes. I asked about the NB 550 sneakers that were on sale. Kuentin didn't take long to find them. The sale was over so he made other recommendations.I was looking at socks when Draiden offered to help. When I went to pay Draiden was at the register.I'm a senior and struggle with Apps, but Draiden was easy going and did not let that bother him. Draiden went out of his way to help me use my coupon.I hope both Kuentin and Draiden are recognized for their great customer service. Both young men made it easy to shop. I appreciate them for their patience.Thanks to them I'll be a regular customer. Thank you both!”

“I have gone to this location multiple times to get boots. I would especially like to mention Brent, amazing customer service! He's smart, he knows what he's talking about when it comes to orthopeadics! Brent was extremely helpful in determining what kind of boots I would need for the task at hand, he knows what the products are! If I didn't know any better I could probably mistake him for having taken a couple medical classes for podiatry. You also get free boot lace replacements. Did I mention you get FREE BOOT LACE REPLACEMENTSIF THEY BREAK?! I think that's amazing and should be a policy at every shoe store personally. 9/10 experience! Only real reason it isn't a straight 10 is that the parking lot it's in is kinda finicky to get in to, but that's the most negligible thing ever. For all intents and purposes Red Wing Lafayette Indiana is a straught 10/10 experience.”
