Ezra Gannon super nice. I had a broken stylus and it was stuck in my phone. He was determined to get it out. My dad needed an upgraded phone. So while mom worked on that I went and got what I needed to fix my phone. It looked hopeless but he said he was determined. After nearly falling asleep at his desk my mom whacked me in the arm and there was the stuck part of my stylus. Thanks Ezra

Anthony added on a streaming package that we didn’t request or authorize. 10 months later we are still trying to get it off our bill. Verizon takes it off but then they put it back on. I have had to waste so much of my time trying to get this fixed. And if you dare to act annoyed, they will do everything in their power to waste more of your time by sending you to the wrong employees to get it fixed, putting you on hold or hours at a time. The employees for this company are shifting cons.

The manager wouldn't help me in returning my 96 year old dad's phone, and said I needed to go to the corporate office. They just want to make sales, not help their existing customers. I'll never go back to the Verizon at tippecanoe mall.

I visited the Verizon store in the Pavilions for an issue with my cell phone. I was given incorrect information (not the first time) and sent on my way. He just turned the phone off, then back on and said the issue was corrected. Not so I was made to feel that I was taking their time. In fact one employee just got up and left us. The next day I visited the Verizon store at the mall and the technician corrected the issue within minutes. I feel that there is a training deficit at the Pavilion store. Don't give up. Visit the Verizon store at the mall.
