My experience with Comcast xfinity has been mixed but mostly good. The wait in the store is long but if you need help and can not get it done with a phone call or on the app then going to the store is the best idea. They are very knowledgeable and have helped me every time. Just exercise patience and be prepared to wait.

This place is always busy expect to wait. But once helped I've never walked away unhappy. They are knowledgeable and well versed in technology.

Xfinity is a headache and a half but BJ went above and beyond today to help with my situation - can’t say enough how much I appreciated that.
