“I was towed by Bob after an accident on the interstate. He was very kind, patient and considerate and made sure my dog and I were delivered to a safe place. Bob even dropped the vehicle off the flat bed at the hotel to let me get what I needed for the night. He let me know what I needed to do to get the remainder of my belongings out of the vehicle the next day. The office staff was helpful and professional and helped me figure out the next step to get the van to a body shop. Even the dog, Scruffy, was friendly!”
