“I had a genuinely great experience with Paul’s Auto Repair & Towing in Rensselaer. After my mom recently passed, I came home to find out her car was way overdue for an oil change. I called around town, and most places were booked out for a week or more. When I called Paul’s, they didn’t hesitate—they told me to bring the car right over and took it in immediately.
The people there are just… good people. Kind, down‑to‑earth, and clearly more interested in helping folks than squeezing every dollar out of them. The price was extremely reasonable, especially considering how quickly they got the car in. What really stood out was that a couple of other local shops—who couldn’t fit me in—spoke highly of Paul’s and recommended I go there. That says a lot.
In a week that already felt heavy, it meant something to run into a business that treats you with genuine care. I’d recommend Paul’s for an oil change any day of the week, and honestly, just to meet some truly decent people.
And they were playing classic rock in the garage - come on…. Great vibes.”

“Robert came out for roadside assistance due to a flat tire and he was excellent. He had the tire changed quickly and safely, and got me back on the road fast. Highly recommend!”
“Got a flat Friday night. Showed up unannounced to their shop Saturday morning. They were able to patch the tire and get everything back together in less than 45 minutes and under $40. Didn't try to upsell me at all. Would recommend.”
