“I was stuck on the side of the highway with 3 children and a flat tire. We were told it would be hours for a tow. I was referred to ASAP, I called and was told 30-45 mins. Fabulous!!! The guy was there in 10 mins and had us on our way in less than 30 mins. Very kind, very efficient, and bonus he was kinda cute ? thanks for helping us get home rather than being stuck overnight. “After an accident, the local police arranged for Vic's to tow my car since it didn't seem drivable. They are a little tough to get a hold of on the phone, but the staff are quite friendly. Melissa seems to be the secretary/front desk. She was very helpful and nice through my time communicating with her. The office is only available to visit by appointment. Weekdays until 2PM EST.”
