“The Dollar Tree in New Salisbury is by far the best of it's kind around. They have more In Stock Items and better Selection than any I have been to! I have
drove past other Dollar Trees, and gone out of my way to shop at that particular store ! That Speaks Volumes to Me.”

“This is the second day in a row that I have been surprised. Yesterday my daughter and I had been looking for a locksmith to make a key for her car which was parked on the dealership lot. No success in our search until she called pop-a-lock, they set up a time that afternoon and in less than 45 minutes they had reprogrammed and made a new key. POP-A-LOCK YOU ROCK GREAT JOB. Today I was looking for a charger for my phone, drove around to a few big stores no success, a young lady told me to check out Dollar Tree I went there and to my surprise they had all I wanted. “This store has the nicest employees ever. I go to this location, on purpose, because they are friendly and helpful. This is the only Family Dollar I go to that doesn't have their aisles full of unpacked boxes. I always know this store is going to be stocked and clean. This is my go to store in the mornings to get things for my classroom.”
“One of the better DG's in the area as far as selection, cleanliness, etc. Only complaint I have? Your manager(I believe she's the manager)? Yea, worst customer service/friendliness EVVVER. Never smiles, no friendly greeting, no offering of assistance. Just blah demeanor. Makes you feel like you're a burden just checking out. Doesn't say anything rude, just has a negative energy that kinda seeps out of her presence, lol. Let her manage the store, as it seems like she's doing a good job, but have someone else work the front and interact with customers.. kinda like a wizard if Oz 'pay no attention to the man behind the curtain' thing ?”

I am here a lot and they are always out working in the aisles fixing things putting things up. And yet there's always one of the cash register waiting for you with a smile not to mention greeting you so sweet when you come in.
