Our out-of-town daughter required a tow and repair; trusted local friends recommended this shop and we are so grateful! Our situation was vulnerable being in Georgia, but Mears staff (several different ones) politely walked us through the process and the price ended being less than quoted. We literally dumped her car on them late Monday (no appointment) and had it repaired relatively quickly and professionally. No drama, fuss, up-charge, unnecessary repairs, or allusive phone calls.

“I had this shop do a PPI inspection on a car in Indiana, I am currently in Texas so it was definitely necessary. Bob & his team were really thorough and broke down their inspection just so I could understand. They were extremely flexible and helpful. Would definitely recommend!”

In addition to making my car look brand new, he fixed other little dings and imperfections and didn't charge any extra. He also dealt with the insurance claim completely. “Once I finally got in, they worked quickly. BUT, I had made an appt. Online on the Jiffy Lube website so I wouldn’t have to wait as I had several other appts that day. The girl who took my info swore they had never taken appts… that it was always first come first served. I was NOT happy! If I had known this… I would have chosen a different day when I didn’t have other appointments. Why would the Jjffy Lube app say you can make an appt. If it wasn’t the case? Very confusing and aggravating!”

“The oil change was quick but I had accidentally pushed the accelerator ( I use hand controls) and not the brake and the tech said brake lights were working which means he did not check them. As to checking fluids, my car was in the shop a few days later and the Power steering fluid was low. There was a leak due to a hose. The tech said the fluids wer fine. It has made me doubtful that the fluids are being checked but I will continue to go to valvoline since my mechanic caught it. The techs are very nice but need to be sure they are actually doing the 18pt inspection.”
“Jordan and Jesse took care of my bmw M4 right away. I was experiencing differential failure, which they diagnosed and recommended rebuilding rather than buying an entire new unit. This saved me money and actually improved the OEM differential. They kept me updated throughout the process. I would recommend them over any other shop if you’re looking for professional, trusted mechanics. I’ll be using them for all maintenance and performance needs in the future”

“I can’t speak to the actual service because I ultimately wasn’t able to use this company, but I was incredibly impressed with the customer service I received from Michael.
My windshield had broken, and I called with a few questions. Michael spent about 15 minutes on the phone with me walking me through everything and answering my questions—even though he knew there was a chance I wouldn’t end up using their company. That level of kindness and willingness to help really stood out to me.
I ultimately had to go somewhere else because my insurance company wouldn’t allow me to use them, which was completely out of their control.
While I can’t review their actual work, I absolutely can say that Michael was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuine. It’s rare to come across that kind of customer service these days. Thank you, Michael!”
“Went to a competitor down the street and they did not have the type of synthetic European oil that I needed, then sent me on my way. I pulled into Jiffy Lube and they too did not have the oil I needed The difference is Jiffy Lube called around town to see if they could find it for me and they did. I got my oil changed the next and the service And staff were exceptional. I will definitely start getting my oil changed there from now on”
“Have been going to Ed Martin for almost 10 years now. 5 vehicles. Worked with Brad on an out of state lease swap situation and he navigated it beautifully. Set me up with a great new 2026 Yukon, swapping for my 2023, and he arranged a meet in the middle vehicle swap so we didn't have to drive 14 hours round trip. Great working with Brad.
And also, George the driver, great man. I had work obligations so my wife met George and did the vehicle swap and she had nothing but incredibly sweet nice things to say about him.

They don’t try to sell you anything or get you to spend more than necessary, but also willing to do any foolishness one wishes on a car that probably isn’t worth the effort otherwise, because they know it isn’t always about facts, but sometimes feelings with some cars.”
“Had to get an emergency replacement after one of my tires fully delaminated late in the evening. When I staggered in with it on the spare the next morning, Matthew was able to help me and I was out the door with a new tire not 20 minutes later.

They were able to get us in last minute and save us over $2,000 on a repair that we were quoted from another place!! Our car runs better than it has in years and as quiet as when we first got it! The place we went to first said they would need to replace the part that broke and couldn't guarantee that when they removed it that it wouldn't ruin the rest of the exhaust system. Called Midas and the gentleman said that doesn't sound right, get on over here and we'll get you set and boy did he ever!! We will definitely be back!!!”

“I left my house with my son to get to our volunteer shift at the humane society only to find that I had a screw in my tire and it was flat. I drove it over to Best One Indy and they immediately helped me. Not only that, the man at the desk stopped what he was doing and helped me pull my car up to the bay and took care of my tire immediately. Throughout the process, my son was watching and he was explaining to my son what he was doing, what the tools were and how they were used to help fix the tire. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes and we made it to our volunteer shift. THANK YOU, Best One Indy for taking such amazing care of us!!!”
