They checked it out, found the leak, and got everything taken care of. He made it back without any issues and the coolant level hasn't moved since. Very thankful for that.”

The new person was Colin, and wow he did an excellent job for me. He was a joy to talk with, very informative and I would highly recommend going in there to get any work done on a vehicle. They are very reasonably priced and trustworthy”

“Once I finally got in, they worked quickly. BUT, I had made an appt. Online on the Jiffy Lube website so I wouldn’t have to wait as I had several other appts that day. The girl who took my info swore they had never taken appts… that it was always first come first served. I was NOT happy! If I had known this… I would have chosen a different day when I didn’t have other appointments. Why would the Jjffy Lube app say you can make an appt. If it wasn’t the case? Very confusing and aggravating!”
“These guys are great. I had an appointment a few weeks out, but my truck’s water pump went out leaving me stranded. These guys were able to work me in and got me back to work. So grateful!”

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I wish we had started coming here earlier, great service, and very friendly, knowledgeable employees! They were able to get us in last minute and save us over $2,000 on a repair that we were quoted from another place!! Our car runs better than it has in years and as quiet as when we first got it! The place we went to first said they would need to replace the part that broke and couldn't guarantee that when they removed it that it wouldn't ruin the rest of the exhaust system. Called Midas and the gentleman said that doesn't sound right, get on over here and we'll get you set and boy did he ever!! We will definitely be back!!!”

“Brandon did the alignment on our 2016 e350 and went above and beyond to get the car running perfectly. They did the alignment for a fair price and he diagnosed we had bent rims and tire issues and didn't charge us for the extra time spent investigating the problems.”
“Have been going to Ed Martin for almost 10 years now. 5 vehicles. Worked with Brad on an out of state lease swap situation and he navigated it beautifully. Set me up with a great new 2026 Yukon, swapping for my 2023, and he arranged a meet in the middle vehicle swap so we didn't have to drive 14 hours round trip. Great working with Brad.
And also, George the driver, great man. I had work obligations so my wife met George and did the vehicle swap and she had nothing but incredibly sweet nice things to say about him.

“Went to a competitor down the street and they did not have the type of synthetic European oil that I needed, then sent me on my way. I pulled into Jiffy Lube and they too did not have the oil I needed The difference is Jiffy Lube called around town to see if they could find it for me and they did. I got my oil changed the next and the service And staff were exceptional. I will definitely start getting my oil changed there from now on”
“I had a flat tire the day after buying a car and took it to Tires Plus in Carmel. Matthew was fantastic from start to finish. He was friendly, helpful, and kept me informed every step of the way.
What impressed me most was that he went to bat for me with the warranty company. He argued that the dealership should have replaced the tires before selling the car because they were in such poor condition. Thanks to his persistence, the warranty company agreed and covered the cost of not one, but two new tires.
It's rare to find someone who genuinely looks out for customers the way Matthew did. I highly recommend Tires Plus in Carmel and especially Matthew if you need tire service.”

“I left my house with my son to get to our volunteer shift at the humane society only to find that I had a screw in my tire and it was flat. I drove it over to Best One Indy and they immediately helped me. Not only that, the man at the desk stopped what he was doing and helped me pull my car up to the bay and took care of my tire immediately. Throughout the process, my son was watching and he was explaining to my son what he was doing, what the tools were and how they were used to help fix the tire. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes and we made it to our volunteer shift. THANK YOU, Best One Indy for taking such amazing care of us!!!”
