“I’m only giving this review for the old place.I remember when it used to be called deer run apartments and the landlord, Bonnie was so sweet!This place was ran well till a new landlord came in and the place got remodeled, we were forced to move out!”
“The units are comfortable enough, and the location makes it walkable to a lot of stuff. I barely have to drive anymore since I started taking advantage of that fact. We've settled into this place for the foreseeable future.But rent keeps going up without much of anything to show for it. Same amenities as eight years ago, if even that. And it's not a matter of keeping up with the market standard. There aren't a lot of options for apartments in this area. This place can influence the market standard more than it needs to follow it. Just like with most of the price increases over the past 4 years, it's not natural inflation; it's price gouging.Honestly, it's more of 3.5 star situation. I decided to be generous and round up.”
