“I love it here at Shaker Point
Lesly and Katie do a great job dealing with issues of residents. In my case there were parking issues. This has been resolved while they are still working out the kinks. Would be great to have visitor parking assigned to each building. Maintenance is efficient, professional, and kind. I am retired on fixed income so I hope I can still afford to live here as time goes on. I JUST LOVE THIS PLACE AND MEETING PEOPLE AT THE POOL! Neighbors in my building are courteous and quiet at night.”

“Chris has always been great at whatever maintenance task. He is friendly professional and gets job done. He also took time to let me know to hold down lever few seconds longer. Which tells me it needs replaced and clean out run but we are good for now.”
