“Chris was very helpful, courteous, and patient. I had a budget range and he worked with me on that (unlike many other furniture stores I have been to that try to talk you into stuff that is well beyond your budget). They will also haul away your mattress and box springs for a very reasonable $25 fee (again, unlike other furniture stores who do not offer this service). I see why they have been #1 in Reader's Choice polls for several years in a row. Definitely recommending this business to everyone i know here!”

“Great Service! I was taken care of the moment I came through the door with efficiency and respect for myself and my needs. I have physical impairments that require certain aids. I have to consider them if I purchase anything. The young lady that took care of me went above and beyond to locate the best options for me. I appreciate knowing that I have bought quality items at a decent price. They also have a great protection plan that covers all your purchase items for about any instance you can think of. This is my second big furniture buy in the last eight years with Kittles. The previous furniture is so well made that it has been passed to another to be of use. It is still in good condition but not functional for my current needs. I’m looking forward to the new items and am not worried about the 6-8 week waiting time to put my order together. I didn’t purchase anything that was standard or in stock. When I receive my special order, I know it will be of quality work. If not, they will fix any issues I have. I recommend to check them out.”
