“I visited the website and found a sofa I liked. I called the store and they had one on display. I visited the store and right away decided this was the sofa I wanted. Even got an ottoman to go with it. The salesperson was very helpful and my sofa arrived sooner than expected and is going to be delivered in 4 days. They had said possibly 3 weeks. “Chris was very helpful, courteous, and patient. I had a budget range and he worked with me on that (unlike many other furniture stores I have been to that try to talk you into stuff that is well beyond your budget). They will also haul away your mattress and box springs for a very reasonable $25 fee (again, unlike other furniture stores who do not offer this service). I see why they have been #1 in Reader's Choice polls for several years in a row. Definitely recommending this business to everyone i know here!”

Although the entire process was smooth, we ultimately ended up exchanging the 1st mattress for a different comfort level. “Purchased a new mattress this week, and I am extremely satisfied with the purchase.This week I purchased a King size mattress from MATTRESS WAREHOUSE and Asa is the Sales Rep/Manager at a Illinois Road location and I had gone there and with a list of things that were important to me as far as a mattress that Ada and I reviewed. I have suffered with back pain for long time and he was very familiar with the situation. I found him to be very informative about which couple mattresses I should look at and test after a few minutes, I made a decision.Prior to going to mattress factory I have done my homework over the or the last month. I had read several articles from Consumers Report, and Good Housekeeping about how to select a mattress and how much time you should spend at the store and not be heard by a sales representative. I also chose Mattress Factory because they only sell bedding they don’t sell other items I wanted to go to a store that only focus Mattresses and was local owned.The mattress I selected was delivered this week by two gentlemen that remove my old King size mattress, and gave excellent care to make sure that the new mattress was put in correctly and nothing in house was scratched or harm anyway.Thank youThomas Simonds”

I have to consider them if I purchase anything. The young lady that took care of me went above and beyond to locate the best options for me. I appreciate knowing that I have bought quality items at a decent price. They also have a great protection plan that covers all your purchase items for about any instance you can think of. This is my second big furniture buy in the last eight years with Kittles. The previous furniture is so well made that it has been passed to another to be of use. It is still in good condition but not functional for my current needs. I’m looking forward to the new items and am not worried about the 6-8 week waiting time to put my order together. I didn’t purchase anything that was standard or in stock. When I receive my special order, I know it will be of quality work. If not, they will fix any issues I have. I recommend to check them out.”
