“I was running late for my passport appointment thanks to a good old New Haven train, and Kami was incredibly kind and understanding. She reassured me that we could still get everything taken care of. I waited just a short time while she helped a few other customers, and then she took great care of me.

“I previously left a harsh, jaded review for this usps office, but after taking just a moment to hear out the people who work here, I needed to correct myself. The people who work here do a great job. They obviously have a lot on their plate to do, and are most likely underpaid, but they are still always working. I’m often helped by the same couple staff members when I come in, and they have always made my visit here easier if they could. To my understanding, one of the workers who I see the most, had to give up a vacation recently so they could stay and help. I know if I were in the same spot, I couldn’t be half as nice as she has always been to me. Keep up the great work, I hope one day you guys get the recognition you deserve.”
