“I ordered carpet tiles for our church from Home Depot online, to be picked up at my local store. It was an excellent experience. The online ordering process through their website was very easy.
When I went to pick up my order the employees at the service desk were friendly and helpful. As I waited for my order to be brought out, a few employees stopped and asked if I needed help with anything. It only took a few minutes for my order to be brought out.
My order was packaged professionally and perfectly, wrapped and banded on a pallet, with all of the wrapping in perfect condition. Home Depot had obviously done a great job caring for my items from receiving it and shipping it out of their distribution center to handling it at this local store.
The people employees loaded my items for me in my truck and were friendly and careful about it.
The only negative in the entire experience was the Home Depot order tracker, which was not accurate regarding where my order was and when it would arrive. Other than that everything was great.
