“I had an appointment for my engine light on and was seen as scheduled appointment time which I truly appreciated, thank you! They had the part my car needed in stock so I waited for it to be fixed which was not long at all. I have the ford protect warranty on my car and the staff new how the warranty worked which made my experience more pleasant because it was the first time using the warranty to fix my car. I had to pay my deductible and that was it. My car is fixed and running great! Thank you for the great customer service and rapid service.Service: Auto engine diagnostic”
“Trace is the only place I trust and take our vehicles. Most recently I had to have my Acura RDX towed from Chicago back home to Lowell. Trace stayed for me to arrive as my eta was 5:00pm, their closing time. As has always been our experience with them, they fixed my issue in an extremely timely manner and also at an acceptable rate.
