“I had an appointment for my engine light on and was seen as scheduled appointment time which I truly appreciated, thank you! They had the part my car needed in stock so I waited for it to be fixed which was not long at all. I have the ford protect warranty on my car and the staff new how the warranty worked which made my experience more pleasant because it was the first time using the warranty to fix my car. I had to pay my deductible and that was it. My car is fixed and running great! Thank you for the great customer service and rapid service.Service: Auto engine diagnostic”
“I had my truck serviced for the (3) recalls that were out for it. I also had them check the wiring for the trailer connector. The service was great and on time as predicted by the Service Manager. I got the feeling as there was some off put from the staff. They were courteous, but I felt I was "rushed" through the process. I know they are busy, however I did not feel that connection as I have in the past. Overall though, the service was great, the people are always professional, and even though the dealership is an hour away, the small shop is worth the drive. I will continue to seek out my service needs there.”
