I'm a long time austgen storage renter...the roller overhead door malfunctioned several years ago, I reported it to the office and it was repaired promptly. Other than that, no issues.

Lowell has been great! I have had no problems with my unit, but I have seen that if there were any, they are quickly addressed. Never a problem with access at any time. Highly recommended!

Nice clean storage, high ceilings, dry and easily accessible. They plow after snow and salt where entrances are Icy. Highly recommend, would definitely rent another unit when needed.
