“My brother and I came here to get a battery for his car. Brian put the battery in but it still didn’t fire the car up. After diligently working on trying to figure out the issue for about an hour in the or so in the heat, he called his GM for assistance. They advised that they would get the car towed thinking that it was a lost cause. We would have accepted that, however after some more tinkering Brian happened to see a cord that wasn’t hooked back in. Once he did that it fired right up. We appreciate the extra mile that Brian showed in making sure we were taken care of. Please acknowledge him !”
