“I would definitely recommend U save car rental. I was in an accident and when it was time for me to take my vehicle to the shop to get fixed, I was contacted by Kim that she would have my rental car at the body shop when I dropped my vehicle off. When my vehicle was done all I had to do was drop the rental off at the body shop and pick my vehicle up. Saved alot of travel time and made it so much easier to work with. Thank you very much Kim! You guys are Awesome!!!!”
“I wanted to rent 10ft uhaul but, they didn't have one. Instead of making me pay for a bigger size he gave me the bigger one for the smaller ones price. Everyone there was very kind and personable, taking their time to make sure everything is correct. I don't mind waiting a bit when you can tell they are going above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. Way to many people are in such a hurry on both ends causing mistakes, frustration & unpleasant interactions. Slow down and take note when people are doing their best for you. Nobody knows what the other person is dealing with in life but, i know at one of the lowest points in my life the little things made a huge difference. “We rented a LG uhaul truck in order to move from Indiana to Kentucky. We also rented a car hauler for the same trip. We purchased moving boxes and packing tape from them as well and they were very accommodating as we changed our departure date at last. Minute and they were understanding and didn't charge us extra. I did however think that the place we had to return it to in mt.sterling,KY could have been better. They were closed on the day the truck was due to be returned and we tried to reach anyone we could to make sure we were leaving it in proper place but couldn't contact anyone.”
