Very nice place to live . I loved my view . People are very friendly and helpful in the office . Miss it out here . Only reason I’m not still here is because of my daughter. I would definitely recommend this place to live .

This place is garbage and it hasn't changed ohh and why does me living there matter I have several friends that live there and they say they feel trapped like it's to expensive to move but it's not taken care of enough to stay I go to stone crest all the time and I'm not a fan

They've added a lot of new Mobile homes. I like they are trying to spruce up the place. My only downside is the high lot rent that seems to go up. I visit several homes out there and it's almost random at times of who's lot rent goes up. I think this time everyone's lot rent was raised.

Tenants and workers are rude. Nice play ground if the teens stop writing on it and stop climbing on it. The play ground is the only thing good at this place. They only rent the new trailers and the rent is to high. What you pay for a rental you can get a house. When used trailers get fixed they put band aids on them and when you say something about it they say to bad you buying you fix.

New manager seems promising and was upfront and honest. New company has made many improvements to the community, as a whole and, now, they actually came through and, at least, met us partway and fixed the outside of my home for my family that we were duped on due to the changing of company hands, so we are good and all we can say is thank you, all, for real. New maintenance dude is awesome, btw. Also, he has good taste. ???~Humbled and Grateful Pizza Dude

Management is constantly violating for small things like broken blinds, doors on porch and missing siding but the trailer across from me and several other trailers around the park look like absolute trash. More concerned with moving new homes in than taking care of the abandoned/trashed trailers. Maintenance also plowed me into my drive twice this past winter after spending hours the night before shoveling a path for myself to leave for work in the morning. Promised to fix my A/C unit prior to signing and once I signed they said new management would not honor that previous agreement. Thankfully almost a year later they did take care of it. Their maintenance vehicles have put ruts and torn up my yard and have put non window friendly stickers (huge stickers at that)on my brand new vehicles windshield causing damage to my windshield tint and when I confronted them about damaging my property I was told by the community manager “If I didn’t like it then leave.” BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!

The older trailers the put bandaid on them to sell them at a high price. Once u move in and complain they say put it in writing and it mysteriously disappears. Some residents don't follow the rules and gets away with it. Some residents are forced to purchase sheds when others don't need to purchase one and their yard is full of property. When u complain ur called a Karen or a trouble maker and if u don't like it move.

Do not believe the photos you see in this place entirely not like that it's rough lot of lots ain't cared for cuz of the people don't take care of them Road needs major work repair to the court if they took care of the place like they built the office they would be a nice place but it's just a run-of-the-mill low income trailer park
