I have been a customer for 10 years. Most of my banking is done online, but I have visited this branch to make wire transfers overseas, have documents notarized, and close a loan. Their customer service has been very good.

Slow. And if you want things auto deducted from your account (like a mortgage payment) they tell you to go to the other bank; when you tell the other bank, they tell you to go to the bank where your actual funds are...like key...where I started.
