“Went and bought 3 half priced items at 2:17 pm and only one was half priced when i went over the receipt and 2 were not so i called them asking if they’d refund me and Paul G. Said to come down and bring my receipt and they would give me my refund so I drove down and spoke to Paul again and he said the 50% off stickers shouldn’t have been out yet and that they are only active after 2:30 pm and he didn’t know why they were out so I basically wasted my gas for nothing and I don’t know why he couldn’t say that over the phone overall upset with this visit
Update : customer service contacted me and we got it all squared away thank you Horizon for making things right”

“My son-in-law's vehicle broke down on the interstate and my husband and I had to tow it and this was the nearest location and they was nice enough to was leave the vehicle there for 2 days until we can get a tow truck. The night shift workers that was in there was very friendly.”
“I like stopping at this location cause it is always clean including the restroom & store floor & they clean the soda machines everyday to my knowledge which is one of the most important things to do in a gas station just because so many people are handling & touching them buttons on the fountain machine so it is vital for that machine to be cleaned everyday...”

“I come in a lot on 3rd shift and there is one girl named Tina who is ALWAYS working and the store is ALWAYS cleaner than I’ve ever ever seen it! She is also friendly and helpful. I hope she is appreciated by your company and staff. I go to all of the Circle K stores in Greenfield, even the one on Mount Comfort Road and this is always the cleanest one when Tina is working. “Busy at commuter mornings and nights, but relatively empty the rest of the time. A small but pretty well stocked store, but as most Speedway’s in the area, they don’t carry Monster, but they do have other brands of energy drinks.Had some stock issues in the past (area wide issue) but they seem to have recovered.Just be careful going in and out - they don’t own all the lot, so the potholes aren’t actually Speedway’s.”

“One thing I don't understand is how loves can say every shower is handicapped when there is no chair in actual area you shower there's a seat out by sink but there's plenty of truckers out here including my husband that need a seat to actually sit on to shower. We have only been to a couple that have handicapp chairs they bring into shower for you. Thank you to this location for having a handicapp chair! Please all loves do better! “I was in need to purchase something for my husband’s upset stomach, so I quickly ran into CVS for my second time ever (because where I had recently moved from did not have any) and was able to quickly find what I needed and head to the self checkout..as I was checking out I realized I wasn’t getting the discount that I saw, so I asked the clerk for help and I received such a kind and helpful response and was well cared for and after signing up for CVS extra care savings, I received the discount and left with a smile on my face and decided I will go back again, and even take my prescriptions from my old pharmacy to CVS.

“We recently had a few wonderful experiences at CVS New Pal! First, with Emy that works in the pharmacy and the Pharmacist. They both were kind to us and everyone we saw them interact with. It truly makes a difference when a person is passionate about their career, caring towards people and have the softskills. Great customer service is key in these positions.
Also, Ms. Mary in the Minute Clinic is a gem. My son was sick and she treated him as he was her own. She is extremely knowledgeable and caring towards others. She even invited us back to just come say while we were shopping.
Last night the cashier in the front welcomed us in and we had a lovely chat as well.
Kudos to CVS and the hiring team.
