“I’ve had several car washes here when I resided in Indiana in 2020-2021. This location was approximately a little over a mile from where I stayed which was convenient. Additionally, it was close to several chain stores.
I was a member of the unlimited club at $19/99/month. For the most part, I was satisfied with the car washes. Free vacuums available. Detail services are also available. The employees have always been nice and helpful.”

“Excellent service from Austin! He helped me tremendously with my new car. He made me feel better about not remembering how to put the car in neutral. (I’m old!) Then when going through the car wash, the driver side wiper came off. I panicked! I thought it was lost in the wash! I pulled around and he saw me and checked for the wiper. It was still on the car, but in the wiper bay. Mr. Austin put it back on with ease and sent me on my way. Thank you so much Austin for going out your way to help an old lady! ?”

“Early this afternoon after a long bike ride and several errands I pulled into the priority line at the Range Line Road Carmel car wash. A young Black lady whose name I didn’t catch in a very kind way told me I couldn’t drive a bike in a carrier through the car wash and told me I could take it off and set it aside and go through the wash. When i went back to ask another question she was busy helping another customer but Daniel was free and he took the bike and bike carrier out beside the 1st self service stall and saved the stall for me. I wanted to give him a tip but had only a charge card and he said a tip was not necessary. As I was drying off my car Katelyn a new employee was also very kind and helpful.
The service of these 3 employees turned a thoughtless mistake into a good experience. The quality of these and other employees is why I plan to be a priority Crew Carwash customer for a very lon long time”
“I cannot praise them enough. I bring both of my vehicles here and maintain a monthly interior clean membership. The convenience alone is exceptional, but the results truly speak for themselves—my vehicles consistently look amazing.
During my first interior clean, they even asked me to pull my SUV around at a specific time to ensure the service was done thoroughly and to the highest standard. As any parent knows, managing multiple children means vehicles can become messy very quickly. However, since I visit weekly with this membership, my vehicles remain spotless and always smell great.

“I show dogs, so my car gets fairly hairy traveling the country with multiple dogs on the weekend. I got the unlimited membership for interior and exterior and it’s honestly worth every penny. My car is sparkling and smelling good after every weekend on the road! Honestly don’t know what I would do without Prime.”
