“I am writing this review to commend Emma, the service agent at your store at 116th and Olio if I could give her 10 stars instead of five I would… I am a retired AT&T, vice president, so disgusted with AT&T service that I was willing to pay more per month to move to Verizon. My order included the transfer of two phone lines, a watch and two tablets. One phone line was located with my son in Denver.… Naturally working with AT&T was a problem, but Emma was just incredible at overcoming every obstacle in the way… Her service was beyond anything you expect anymore in terms of quality, customer assistance, friendly, pleasant attitude, patience, and she was such a delight to work with. I simply cannot imagine how my experience could’ve been improved. In fact, given what I’m used to with AT&T, I was expecting a horrible time in affecting this transfer. Please give my most sincere. thanks for a job extremely well done to Emma.”

They finally got me a ticket in the network back office while passing through all the troubleshooting that really needed advanced technical surgery to get this issue fixed. I am a person that loves persistence and this was a very persistent team and I am more than appreciative of that. Thanks to Gideon who got things started in the beginning.”

I must say that the positive reviews were accurate and the customer service did not disappoint. The location is great, organized and clean. The customer service was thorough, kind, and helpful. In addition to purchasing my phone, I also purchased accessories at a great price. All my questions were answered and of my needs were met. Actually, I think Mr. Gammoh went over and beyond. Thank you for your assistance! Mr. Gammoh was excellent. If I never need assistance and or I am ready to add additional phones I will be returning to this location. If you are in the Cincinnati or neighboring area, I think it is worth the drive even if you are further away (like me). I was not sure about switching to Metro but I am so glad that I did.
