Super friendly employees, very helpful. I went in needing passport applications, which they do not do at this branch, but she was very helpful, telling me where to go online to find application and recommending another post office that I did end up going to. the Oaklandon branch, which I had a terrible experience at. What a major difference in attitudes!!

I have lived on the East side for 30+ years and moved to McCordsville 3.5 years ago. This is the BEST post office I have been too. It's so small you might miss it, I did for the first 1.5 years. The service there is wonderful - always service with a smile. I also have not had any issues with my mail service. My carrier has been great.

The last package I had sent to this location was blatantly stolen. I ordered a mousepad and, upon delivery, received a tampered-with package that had no mouse pad but rather a college acceptance box for another person in the area. Photo attached. I’m so happy to be lighting my taxpayer dollars on fire funding this place!

Friendly staff! Thank you! I wish there was a way addresses could be printed on shipping labels at the desk.

No service today on 9/9/2024. Not sure why, but this is the second time in the last two months. 3 homes in our area have out going mail that was not picked up!?

I have had the best experiences at the McCordsville location. I live in the Fishers area, and it is, frankly, a nightmare at the downtown post office there. Long lines and unfortunately, on the occasions I went there, the staff I encountered were not friendly. The McCordsville location is smaller of course, but easy to get to, and for me, worth the drive!

Worse post office in the state. They continuously deliver my packages and mail to other people. My small business suffers because they can't ever get my products to me.The employees who answer the phone are very rude and not helpful at all.

Good experience at this branch. It's not super busy so you ring the bell at the counter. They put out Halloween candy which no other branch I've been in does. I was promptly greeted with a big smile by Vanity who quickly processed my packages and professionally got them on their way. I wish all post office clerks were as sweet as Vanity.

Frequent problems with carrier refusing to deliver packages with signatures. Unhelpful and lazy staff.

This is my favorite USPS of the ones I frequent: Castleton, Nora, Fishers, Noblesville, Broad Ripple, Carmel, and McCordsville. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. The facility is clean, wheelchair accessible, and has ample parking around the building. The Best part is that it is a little known jewel and the waiting time is either short or non-existant. I am not a resident in the area of McCordsville, so I do not have mail service, and can not speak in this regard.

Our regular mailman has simply dropped our packages to the ground with no care at all, and it’s the second time ON VIDEO. You see see his demeanor each time he does this. What can be done?
