About United States Postal Service
The United States Postal Service location in McCordsville is frequently described as the best post office by customers who have visited many others. Reviews highlight it as a small, easy-to-get-to location that is clean, wheelchair accessible, and has ample parking. The staff is consistently noted as friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and providing service with a smile. Customers report a very good experience with short or non-existent waiting times, often because it is not super busy. Some note it is a little-known jewel worth a special drive, especially compared to other locations described as having long lines and less friendly staff. While many praise their reliable mail carrier service, others cannot comment on residential delivery. The facility is commended for small touches like offering Halloween candy. Overall, customers find it a wonderful, professional, and efficient branch.
