Reserved online without a hitch. Because of work we couldn't pick up the car until last minute. When we got there and tried to pay they wouldn't take our Chime Card. Seriously? We were leaving for vacation and everywhere was closing and we had no car.
With only 10 minutes to closing, Enterprise Car Rental had a car available. They stayed over to assist us. They did take my online banking card and even gave us a free upgrade.

called to reserve a car the lady advised me for a small car I would have to pay a $300 deposit + the cost of the car. They charge more if you use a Debit Card how silly is that? That is steep for a one day rental I only needed a car for one day while my car was being detailed. I would just go with Enterprise this place seems extremely strict and petty. Now I understand why Enterprise has and always will be #1

Charged for Cleaning FEE, PICKED UP DIRTY!!!! This location is rough. Not professional, place smelled like weed. They did not go over the car condition with me like they do at Enterprise. I needed something last second, figured I was just happy to get something. Upon loading it we noticed it was full of white dog hair, everywhere, also smelled of smoke. This was awful for my daughter allergies all the way to Denver. After turning it in I GET a cleaning charge $125.00 - for extra cleaning... cause: animal hair! I don't even own a dog!! I emailed the company and talked to a service rep who said they would finally credit me, but NEVER did! SO UNHAPPY with this experience.

This location attempted to fraudulently charge me for damage. Do not rent or return a vehicle here, and if you do, make sure you take pictures of EVERYTHING.
I returned a vehicle to this location in the same condition I got it, with photographic evidence. They attempted to charge me for damage that didn't exist when I returned the vehicle.
Turns out that they put ~30 more miles on the car from after it was returned to when they reported the damage.
Someone at this location damaged the vehicle post return and attempted to put me on the hook for it.

Super customer service! I was dropping my car off at the Philly airport 5/29 and Natalya Coote the attendant could not have been more helpful! She was super friendly, genuine, and helped me out A LOT!!! She is a value to the Avis family and anyone who encounters her will no doubt have a wonderful experience. Thank you Natalya for helping my 2 sisters and I when we dropped the car. Your kindness did not go unnoticed!

The single worst Avis I have ever been to. I would never rent from here if work didn't force me to. I called the store today to confirm they had a drop box for after hours returns because I was going to be an hour late. They said not a problem to bring the car in. Now sitting in the parking lot and there is no drop box and a sign out front that says no after hours returns... absolute joke. Always something at this specific Avis but this is a new low.

Excellent service at staff at this location. I rent several times a year and ALWAYS get great assistance and conversation. It's too bad, we can't call directly because the call center is NOT as efficient or helpful.

booked a reservation 2 days ago been calling this place to confirm some details for 2 days in a row nobody answers it would be nice to confirm some details before I take a uber a hour away to come that way for my reservation scheduled for 4/25/25 maybe i can get a call back or someone to pick up the phone after this review is posted

There is always something when I go to avis. I rent from enterprise so the time, but avis always seems to have some policy that prevents me from renting with them. The guy at the front desk did everything could to help me, but nothing. I had the money and deposit for the car, but in separate credit cards, both in my name, but they said it all had to be one card and a credit check. Idk why this matters, but I've rented from several places all the time. I've had this issue with avis years ago and thought maybe they updated things, but no. I'll just stick to enterprise or car dealerships.

Went to rent a vehicle, stated they been out of cars all month and they sent a text. Never sent a text about 5 other people were in the same boat. Spent money to Uber they and had to spend money to Uber back.

If you’re hoping to rent a car and have a reservation here, lol, guess again, they will cancel your reservation and text you and tell you they don’t have cars once you’re already on your way. Also after conversations with the uber driver, this is something this location is know for. Don’t bother reaching out to corporate for help either, they are pretty much useless.

I have the business program with Budget and have basically been on a mini lease for 3yrs. This location has a much different feel than any other. I was able to pick up a car without issues.
While I was at the gym, someone hit the parked car. I was very surprised that the location required that I drive the damaged vehicle back to them to get a new vehicle. Typically even if the oil change light comes on, I have been directed to take the vehicle to the closest location for an exchange.
When I did complete my contract and finally return the vehicle, I was charged for gas on the damaged vehicle. Who thinks to fill the tank of a damaged vehicle? I thought that was very strange.
