JD Sports is a store with great staff who provide amazing and helpful customer service. The store can be very busy, but the team is sweet, kind, and dedicated. Staff members are willing to help by getting different shoes or sizes multiple times and may even offer a percentage off an item due to a mark. Customers report being really happy with their purchases and service, finding it a relieving experience compared to other stores. They are glad they came in and state they will definitely be back and keep shopping here.
