“Bobbie was most helpful at the Merrillville store. It was one of the greatest shopping experiences I have ever had. I needed orthotics. She assessed my feet on a special device that checked for foot arches and flat feet (my feet will level any amount of unlevel ground) and found the best orthotics. I have experienced more foot comfort following that store visit than I have had in 1 1/2 months.”

The store was clean, well organized, and easy to browse. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help without being pushy. I bought my Cody James western hat there, and I’m really happy with it—it has become one of my favorite souvenirs from my USA trip.
