“Bobbie was most helpful at the Merrillville store. It was one of the greatest shopping experiences I have ever had. I needed orthotics. She assessed my feet on a special device that checked for foot arches and flat feet (my feet will level any amount of unlevel ground) and found the best orthotics. I have experienced more foot comfort following that store visit than I have had in 1 1/2 months.”

Hard to get help from people, especially the young people these days. The visit here was a breath of fresh air thanks to Olivia and the staff in Merrillville.”

I have never gone into any Buckle anywhere, & I travel; none has left such a lasting impression upon me as this one here‼️
Jaylon is an extraordinary employee‼️‼️ This young man not only not only took care of me, he has a wealth of knowledge for his store and products! I was so impressed with him that I ended up shopping with joy as he anticipated my needs, going above and beyond the call of duty in a spirit of excellence‼️
Nadia also aided me with somethings as well -such awesome employees that work with passion, patience, quality, and care‼️

“We came into the store tonight to just look around. Izzy helped us with our visit and he was AMAZING! He definitely needs a raise! He was very patient and helpful. Our 6 year old is very weird about how shoes feel and he didn’t get frustrated with him at all. I wish there were more people like him in stores!
