“I had an excellent experience at this FedEx location thanks to Izzy and Kermit. I had a very large and heavy package that I needed to ship, and they immediately offered to help. They brought a dolly out to my car, loaded the package, and took it inside for me without hesitation.
They were both incredibly friendly, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to help. Their kindness made what could have been a very difficult task so much easier. Excellent customer service like this deserves to be recognized.
Thank you, Izzy and Kermit, for your outstanding help. I truly appreciate it!”

“I was in a jam, quite literally! The cardstock postcards I had purchased for a special printing project would not go through my home printer. Nate, at ARC Document Solutions, was able to print what I needed. I was in need of my project by the next day. He was able to finish the printing while I waited and was so kind as to patiently feed each card through the printer by hand. The price was very reasonable, too! I highly recommend this company!”
