They upgraded my room and put me right next to the elevator. Which in my profile says the furthest away from elevator. All the drawers were left open so I had to close them close the drapes . Tv unplug so I had to plug it in to get to work. I did know I had to work at the hotel , when paid for the room. This isn't the first-time all these problems have happened to me . I just tired of ha ing to go downstairs to get a room I should have happpen when I register at the front desk. Plus I wanted the lowest floor I can get I am on the four floor. This totally ridiculous, they upgraded my room I still lose . Never again will I stay here.

Very clean room and everything functioned as it should. The bed was a perfect blend of firm and comfortable!

Showed up and Jackie was the kindest Front desk agent I have ever met. She was warm and welcoming. I’ve stayed here so many times and she was by far the most helpful and kind agent, and I have had multiple great experiences prior. Bre, was also super kind and welcoming.

I'm given this staybridge Suites Hotel 5 stars. Cleanliness, many amenities like pool, office room, laundry, tech room if you need to get a quick email, Pool, exercise room and so on... The receptionist was so nice and actually SMILED like she enjoyed her job. It made my Family fill welcomed. Morning breakfast the receptionist and manager all said good Morning as we went to have free Breakfast! P.S. My 5 year said the Waffles with netella!! Chefs kiss!!! Lol

Staff was so friendly and helpful. We were visiting our sister in the near by hospital and everyone asked about her and the staff in the dining room for breakfast and happy hour made sure we had plenty to eat. The rooms were very clean and spacious. If we need to stay in the area again, we’ll stay at Staybridge suites.

Jackie is the best please come here and spend your money with her. My air conditioner was leaking on the floor so I figured no big deal I put a bowl to catch the water and told them in the morning about the problem. I had hoped it would be fixed while I was at work. But upon returning it sadly had not been repaired yet. So I went downstairs and talked to Jackie at the desk. she was very nice and understanding and asked me if I would like to switch rooms I of course said that would be fine I was having trouble sleeping due to the dripping water into a metal pan. To my surprise when I got to my new room it was a suite upgrade. And she never even told me. She just did it and that's what I like about staying here if you have a problem they will do their best to make it right and Jackie at the front desk is one of their best employees

The rooms are quite nice, tho very expensive, however all and all its the poor quality of the wifi that kills the experience down right unable to connect to one and the other sometimes bugs out and doesn't wanna connect or just stops working all and all.

Sabrina and Ashley go above and beyond! Both ladies very attentive to the buffet. Ashley also is very attentive to the guest which includes serving drinks and clearing their plates with a smile.Both Sabrina and Ashley keep nice clean eating area. Front desk people Days and early afternoon, evening Jackie, Maria, Nancy and Rich and Demond. The most friendliest and welcoming people. Gies above and beyond. A very busy Hotel ! A must stay!

Had the one bedroom king suite, it was great! Bed was comfortable and clean.. the complimentary breakfast was nice, lots of options. I did have a little problem getting the TVs to work properly, but I assumed it needed a lil longer to start up, and they eventually did work fine without needing help from the front desk. Friendly and helpful front desk staff also. Will definitely stay again when going to Chicago.
