“I recently purchased a car from Carvana and had Firestone Merrillville perform a inspection on the vehicle to ensure it was in good working condition while I was still under my 7 day return time for my money back guarantee. Firestone showed me many items that were defective and fought hard with Carvana to get them to pay for the repairs. While Carvana eventually declined to pay for the majority of the repairs and I ended up retuning the vehicle to Carvana I only have high regard and praise for Firestone. They were extremely professional and I am so grateful for their thorough inspection that identified so many issues and to them fighting with Carvana on my behalf. I would much rather return the vehicle now then end up with a lemon and have thousands of dollars in repairs in the near term.”

“I had a check engine light on with some car shaking instances and my coworker recommended this Mavis, saying they were trustworthy and she’d taken her car here for years. I dropped off my car and picked it up three hours later - they didn’t find anything wrong with it as the light had gone off when I dropped it off, but they didn’t charge me at all. They certainly should have for labor at least. I’m grateful for honest car mechanics!”
