“I highly recommend the Southend Body Shop. I recently had a small fender bender in a parking lot; nothing huge but still a noticeable dent I wanted fixed. The owner, Joe, reviewed the damage and said it was not a difficult job. We scheduled a time to bring the car in. I brought it in on a Monday and, as promised, he had it ready by Thursday. I could not be happier with the service and the quality of work. I tried a couple of other shops before going to Southend Body, and the service representatives (not the owner or the person doing the work) all said both doors needed to be replaced as well as the front bumper, and they wanted to charge me five times what Joe charged. It was only a small dent, the kind high school students back in the day fixed in a basic auto repair class. Nice work.”

“Recently I sustained damage to my Genesis GV70 and the Genesis dealer recommended Govert Auto Body. I was impressed with how thorough they were in assessing the damage and quickly giving me a estimate. I dropped my car off and a few days later my car was ready. The repair was such that I was unable to see where the damage was. The paint job was par excellence. I relayed my impression back to the dealer.

“I've had 4 careers over the years. 40 yrs ago I was in the transmission business and then I went back to college. I have earned 11 years of college and have multiple degrees. I say this so you can see I have a few miles in my history. I have a Town Car that I bought 19 yrs ago. It has had 2 air-conditioning rebuilds. It never ran as good as the original and now I needed a 4th unit. I decided to try a new auto service and tried Brugos. He didn't sell me components that I did not need. (this much I could tell as he did not have to replace absolutely everything). His prices were fair and less than a Lincoln dealer would have charged. More importantly, I am so happy to report that now my AC works as good as the original for the first time in 15 years. I've kept this car because nothing else rides as well. It no longer takes 4 or 5 miles to start cooling even after sitting for 3 hrs in 94 degree heat. It only takes a few blocks. I am very happy to recommend George and his staff for auto repairs and I will continue to go to him. I absolutely plan to keep my Lincoln and with Brugos, I should be able to.

“In June of 2025 my wife and I bought a 2011 jeep wrangler. It has 152000 miles. However,it has well maintained and everything on it works. Even though mike was leaving on vacation. He still made arrangements to pick it up. I would tell anyone wanting to buy a used car. Drive it first. Or better yet have a mechanic check it over. We certainly seen and drove jeeps 5hat were alot worse than this one. And the price was spot on. Thank you Mike x. It was a pleasure doing business with you. I would recommend this car lot to family and friends. As always. Be careful about how you spend your money.”

“I had a check engine light on with some car shaking instances and my coworker recommended this Mavis, saying they were trustworthy and she’d taken her car here for years. I dropped off my car and picked it up three hours later - they didn’t find anything wrong with it as the light had gone off when I dropped it off, but they didn’t charge me at all. They certainly should have for labor at least. I’m grateful for honest car mechanics!”

“USA Muffler is my go-to spot whenever I’m having issues with my Chevy Equinox. I work construction and I’m constantly driving through rough areas, so my exhaust and muffler tend to take a beating. Every time I bring my car in first thing in the morning, they pull it right into the garage, quickly find the problem, and actually bring me back to show me exactly what’s going on. They get it fixed within a few hours, the prices are fair, and the service is always honest and professional. I really appreciate how transparent and reliable they are. Highly recommend!”
