My Wife and I were having trouble with getting signed into our WiFi account and came into the merrillville store (portage store is no good) and Jimmie helped us out and was super helpful and walked us though everything and set us up and was just over all great in every way. He’s the real MVP of the sore in my opinion.

The store manager Nate verified my account with my ID but he would not sent the email to access the account instead he was disreceptful and did not care about the business customer instead told me to leave by using the security guard I am a federal contractor, have a world wide business, and own 9 short line railroads and this is how Verizon treats it customers he should be fired. Next I called michigan city store over the phone spoke to the store manager explained the situation he sent the link email which i received and accessed my account furthermore he advised me to come in the following day to correct the issues. Finally today December 15, 2023 after driving to Michigan City, IN store the store manager was there a handled the situation professionally my issues we resolved immediatly if the Nate from Merrillville corporate store would have taken pride in his job instead of looking for sales for his store I would not have had to drive 30 miles out of my way because of his disrecepectfulness at this point we would like Verizon to take action against this employee.

Ordered phone, they dumped it in my lap,told me to download switch app to transfer info. Week later and still not switched. Not working. Will have to wait to get back to town to get working. WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! And charge for a new service, for what. This company is getting to be a JOKE !!

I was returning my family to the Verizon network after testing the waters of a competitor. One of our devices had been carrier locked and had not been able to get the device unlocked in a timely manner. The trip to the store that afternoon was to buy a new device. We signed in and started to browse the new devices. The decision was made and we sat and waited patiently for a representative to become available. The representative at some point asked what device we were replacing, after some time he stated that the device had a $400 trade value. That was a downright lie. We were supplied with a box to ship the old device in for the trade in. After the transaction was completed we returned home, I had received the code from the old carrier that allowed us to unlock the phone before carefully packing it to send it in for the trade. Verizon sent me several emails informing me of the status of the package in transit. Once it was received by Verizon the email stated that the evaluation process was underway and the device could have a trade in value of $50 !!! But the actual trade value would be updated upon completion of the evaluation process. Today, I received a $25 credit from Verizon for the device. I don’t blame corporate for this because I thought the $400 offer was probably to good to be true. However, I despise being lied to. There is absolutely no place in business where lying to a customer is okay. Especially because I would have been fine with the truth. Very disappointed.

I'm very happy with Tuff. Our salesman, Elliott, very knowledgeable! We signed our contract with in an hour. It was delivered and built within 3 weeks. The 2 men who put up the shed did a fantastic job! The best thing is that they CLEANED up after their self. We would highly recommend Tuff! It's the ONLY way to go!!Thank you !!

Staff (Elena?) was very helpful with ordering me a warranty replacement phone. Not happy with the exchange on the corporate level because they sent a refurbished phone as a replacement and no tool for swapping SIM card.
