Efficient. Quick in and out. The staff is always friendly and responsive. At times this location needs more staffing, but that's on senior leadership, not the staff

This cvs store and pharmacy in On Franklin puts in the extra effort. Helen is very helpful and knowledgable about the store. In addition she always has a smile on her face (you can even tell she's smiling behind her mask!) And she deals with the occasional grumpy client well. Thank you, Helen!
