“The people that work at Phil's Pharmacy are just amazing people in general. They get to know you on a personal level. They work their tails off, and are the fastest pharmacies (both Laporte and Michigan City locations) that I have, literally, ever been to. They have your medicine ready as soon as your doctor calls them in. The people are extremely understanding, and will work with you to make sure all of your health needs are put first. I have been going to Phil's Pharmacies (Laporte & Michigan City locations) for 16 years, and I refuse to go back to any of the other people. I highly recommend using Phil's Pharmacies. It's stress free, and they take care of each individual as you would treat your own family member.”

“We miss using the Walmart Pharmacy, after our insurance no longer authorized them. We switched to Walgreens 24 hour, who are pathetic. Here's the 1 star review I gave Walgreens."To Walgreens: If you're not feeling well you'll surely be feeling worse after dealing with these folks! Pitiful service! Last straw! We're switching to CVS! Our insurance dictated that we couldn't use the Walmart Pharmacy, who we had for over 10 years! We never had any mixups, out of stock meds or ever any issues with Walmart and the staff was wonderful to deal with! Going above and beyond!Hopefully, after the new year, we'll be able to return to the Walmart Pharmacy!"”

“Forgot to reorder some meds, one left in the bottle and all my doctors are unavailable,
I call CVS and left a message explaining my situation and my perceived urgency . 10 minutes the call me back… the lady stated “ no problem sir we have put in an order for a 3 day supply to give you time to contact your doctor???? Who does that???
Since 2020 customer service across the board has been terrible…
So CVS you set the bar today.

“I went to pick up my son's medication. I was given a rather high amount to pay. miracle, the associate helping me, told me to give her about 10 minutes and she was going to look into the situation further. 10 minutes later, she had the situation resolved! And she did it all with kindness and a smile! Thank you, Miracle!”
