“The people that work at Phil's Pharmacy are just amazing people in general. They get to know you on a personal level. They work their tails off, and are the fastest pharmacies (both Laporte and Michigan City locations) that I have, literally, ever been to. They have your medicine ready as soon as your doctor calls them in. The people are extremely understanding, and will work with you to make sure all of your health needs are put first. I have been going to Phil's Pharmacies (Laporte & Michigan City locations) for 16 years, and I refuse to go back to any of the other people. I highly recommend using Phil's Pharmacies. It's stress free, and they take care of each individual as you would treat your own family member.”

“Highly recommend this location for prescriptions! After being disappointed a few time by the location in LaPorte, I decided to switch to Michigan City. The 24hours is a plus. I tend to go out the state and town quite a bit but this pharmacy is very great at being able to fill scripts with short notice, as long as it’s in stock! Any antibiotics have always been filled pretty urgently which is great when you’re sick. I also talked to the pharmacist tonight due to going out of town and they were able to get my script done before I had to leave. He was very sweet!”
“I cannot state enough great things about every single individual at this pharmacy. I’ve relied on them for nearly a decade as MY go-to pharmacy for a controlled substance alongside a few other meds. They’re prompt, professional and friendly and ALWAYS willing to go out of their way to answer ANY questions I might have along the way.In my opinion, pharmacists know MORE than physicians. “Forgot to reorder some meds, one left in the bottle and all my doctors are unavailable,
I call CVS and left a message explaining my situation and my perceived urgency . 10 minutes the call me back… the lady stated “ no problem sir we have put in an order for a 3 day supply to give you time to contact your doctor???? Who does that???
Since 2020 customer service across the board has been terrible…
So CVS you set the bar today.
