Goodwill is a standard thrift store with a good variety of items, where staff are frequently described as the best, gracious, friendly, polite, and very helpful, often going above and beyond. The store constantly puts new inventory out, and many customers have found tons of good stuff there, including books at good prices. However, significant criticisms focus on clothing, described as a disaster that is not sorted by size, with some items called old garbage clothes. A common complaint is that Goodwill has become ridiculously overpriced and expensive, even on discount days, requiring customers to be careful. The half-off days are popular but make the store packed and chaotic, often left looking like a tornado has ripped through. The selection can sometimes feel limited. While some express understanding about pricing in the current resale market, the sentiment remains that people are in need of better prices. It is considered worth a look around, as thrifting can yield unexpected finds.
I've always had a good experience in our local store. I've not run into the crazies who want to do a knock down drag out over some fabric or a hoodie LmaO Staff is usually super nice 😃

Some issues with cash register, ring up was extremely slow. Otherwise, well organized location.

They have a lot of recycled stuff, the place is big. My thinking is the prices are 50% too high however, this is in consideration to the fact that everything sold had been donated. It's still a fun place to go.Just bought a pair of old boots for the snow with a sale price, I take it back on the pricing.
