“These people were so unbelievably helpful when I was being so annoying and had 3 returns/exchanges I need to do. They're always so patient and helpful! Alina and Nash were very kind when I went in recently with a big transaction I needed to do and I could not be more grateful for them because returning stuff stresses me out so much but they were so nice about it.”
“This is an outlet store, so the items aren't the most current inventory found in the regular retail stores. Selection is somewhat limited and prices are ok, but less than the regular retail stores. No regular retail stores nearby. Otherwise nice store with an ok selection of items. Nice to see a return to some safari items in the store.”
“I have never felt more hopeful than today! Just picked up my little girl's wallet from Aeropostale, where she lost it months ago. The manager was kind enough to search for contact information and located us, with very little information and he found us! There are good and honest people in this world! “Highly recommend The North Face Outlet in Michigan City Indians. Was traveling and saw their store by our hotel. Found several deals on their hoodies. Also bought another hoodie that the girl at the register had on, I liked the color so she showed me where they were. Found some boots online, so went back and bought a pair of boots that the same girl took me back to show me the ones they had in store. She was very helpful and they were on sale also. All the girls were very nice and friendly. Helpful too. A shame we don't have an outlet store for The North Place in Missouri. Would go back if traveling that way again. Great prices. Lots of styles and choices.”

“Staff were friendly and not pushy at all. I can tell they really value their customers. Products are nice and they almost always have sales. Was greeted at the door before entering and exiting. We arrived before the opening time and they kindly opened the door for us with smiling faces. Great selection of products for all sizes”
“Neatly stocked shelves, sometimes even in color order! You can easily bring old stuff there and they will shelf it to sell it. One time, we discovered a couple dirty shirts on the shelf. Keep that in mind.”
