“Went to Von Tobel in Michigan City regarding a storm door because I was getting some water backup off the deck through the kitchen. I figured adding a storm door would stop the water from splashing from the roof to the door. I talked to Peter. He looked at the photo. He really looked at the door and studied the deck. He noticed that the space between the first 2 boards by the door didn't have space to let the water go down. He suggested that I really look at the boards and underneath the door before I invest in the storm door because he wasn't sure the storm door would solve the problem. I went home and realized that dirt coming off the roof had closed the space between the 2 boards. I scraped it all out and see another possible issue to fix before I test whether those 2 things fix the problem. I am impressed with their honesty and help. He could have just sold the door. I remember the names of Ron, Mark, and Allen, but it was seriously every last one. When I needed help, someone was immediately there and knew the answer.
